What Is a Gamified To-Do List?
A gamified to-do list turns everyday tasks into small actions you can choose, complete, and mark off as wins.
Bingo Done List places today's tasks in a limited bingo grid. Each square contains one action. When you complete it, tap the square to mark it done.
You do not need to tag tasks, sort priorities, or map out your entire day. Just pick one square and start.

How This Gamified To-Do List Works
Open Today's Board
The page opens with a ready-to-use board.
Choose a Square
Pick one task that fits the time and energy you have now. It doesn't need to be the most important one on your list.
Mark It Done
Complete the task and tap its square. Finished squares stay marked so you can see what you have done today.
Change the Board When Needed
Shuffle the board for another mix of tasks, or create a custom board with your own task text.
A new calendar day starts with a fresh board. Unfinished tasks do not carry over automatically. Saved Boards remain available when you want to reuse a template.
Why Use a Task Bingo Board Instead of a Long Checklist?
A long checklist can present too many choices at once, which can make it harder to decide where to start.
A task bingo board keeps your day small. Each square holds one action. You can scan the whole board at a glance.
Bingo Done List works like an anti-todo list: unfinished tasks do not automatically move into tomorrow. It is a low-pressure tool focused on today's board instead of a permanent backlog.
You do not need to complete all nine squares. Completing even one small task can count as a tiny win.
A Fresh Daily Reset for Low-Energy Days
Some days do not need a full schedule. A small board can hold tasks such as drinking water, opening a window, answering one message, or clearing one surface. That's where Bingo Done List steps in.
On a new calendar day, the app starts with a fresh board. Yesterday's unfinished tasks do not automatically carry over.
Completed tasks are recorded in History. Tasks completed today also appear in Today's Wins. Saved Boards remain available to reuse. An automatic daily reset does not save yesterday's full board as a Previous Board.
Who Is This Visual Task Board For?
Long Lists Feel Overwhelming
The board keeps today's choices in one small grid. You do not need to review an entire backlog before starting.
Starting Is the Hardest Part
Pick a task that takes one clear action: open the document, wash one cup, or reply to one message.
You Prefer Visual Feedback
Completed squares stay marked. You can see what you finished today.
You Are Planning a Low-Energy Day
Use fewer and smaller tasks instead of building a schedule you do not expect to finish.
You Do Not Need Project-Management Software
This visual task board is not designed for long-term milestones, team workflows, or complex linked tasks. It is for simple personal actions you want to handle today.
Task Bingo Board Ideas
Good board tasks are specific and easy to mark as done. “Clear one surface” fits a square better than “clean the house.” “Write one sentence” is more useful than “finish the report.”
The six example boards below cover low-energy resets, starting work, home care, focus sessions, and evening routines. Open any card to preview all nine tasks.

Gamified To-Do List FAQ
Is Bingo Done List free to use?
Yes. Free requires no sign-up and includes a 3×3 board, Shuffle Board, custom board creation, and one saved board slot.
What is included in Pro?
Pro includes 4×4, 5×5, and 6×6 boards, up to 20 saved boards, premium themes, an ad-free experience, and Cloud Sync backup with multi-device restore.
Does my board reset every day?
A new calendar day starts with a fresh board, and unfinished tasks do not automatically carry over. Saved Boards remain available. Previous Board restores only the most recent board replaced through actions such as shuffle, load, generate, or a layout change.
Can I create my own task bingo board?
Yes. Add your own task text in Create a Custom Board. Free includes one saved board slot.
Can I save and reuse a board?
Yes. Free includes one Saved Board slot, and Pro includes up to 20. Saved Boards are reusable templates. History records completed tasks separately; it does not store a full copy of every daily board.
What kinds of tasks work best?
Use one clear action per square. Tasks such as “put away five things” or “work for ten minutes” are easier to use than broad goals such as “organize everything.” You do not need to complete all nine squares.
Is Bingo Done List an ADHD-friendly to-do list?
The app keeps the board small and the controls simple, so completed tasks are easy to see. Some people looking for an ADHD-friendly to-do list may find that showing fewer choices at once feels easier to start with.
Bingo Done List is a productivity tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
