How Pro is delivered
After Creem confirms the payment, Pro is activated automatically for the signed-in account. Confirmation may take a short time.
Billing
Payments, invoices, applicable sales taxes, and subscription billing are processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record. Bingo Done List delivers the product and handles support.
Canceling Pro
Pro subscribers can open Manage Subscription in the app to reach the Creem Customer Portal, where you can cancel future renewals and manage payment methods. Subscription access status follows Creem’s subscription status and billing period. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period — see our Refund Policy.
