This page describes how Bingo Done List handles information. Free mode works without an account; Pro features may use sign-in, billing, and optional Cloud Sync.

Overview

Bingo Done List is built for productivity and self-organization. We aim to be transparent about what stays on your device and what is processed by our service providers when you sign in, subscribe, or use Cloud Sync.

Free Local Mode

Your board tasks, layout choices, themes, streaks, and related app preferences are saved in your browser using localStorage on your device. For Free users, this board data is not uploaded to our servers as part of the local board experience.

• Board and task data remain on your device unless you clear site data.
• No medical information is requested or stored by the app.

Accounts and Authentication

If you choose to sign in with Google, authentication and account infrastructure are handled by Supabase. This may include your Google account identifier, email address, and session tokens needed to keep you signed in and to verify Pro entitlement.

Pro Cloud Sync

Cloud Sync is available only when your account has a valid remote Pro entitlement. If you use Cloud Sync, board-related sync state is stored in Supabase to support backup and multi-device restore.

• Cloud Sync is available only when you are signed in with valid Pro entitlement. If local or cloud data already exists, the app may ask you to create a backup, restore cloud data, or choose which copy to keep. If both sides contain no meaningful data, sync may be established automatically without an additional choice.
• We do not automatically upload all board data for every user.
• After sync is established on a device, later local board changes may upload automatically while you remain signed in with valid Pro entitlement.
• Signing out stops future syncing on that device. It does not automatically delete previously stored Cloud Sync data.
• Losing or canceling Pro access does not necessarily delete existing remote sync data immediately.
• We do not guarantee permanent retention of Cloud Sync data.

Billing through Creem

Pro checkout, subscription billing, invoices, and the customer portal are handled by Creem. Bingo Done List does not directly store complete payment card numbers. Creem processes payment and subscription data according to its own policies.

Cookie Preferences

If you use the cookie banner or Cookie Settings, your choices (such as accepting or rejecting optional categories) may be stored locally so the site can remember them on return visits.

You can reopen preferences from the app footer or menu on the main app.

Ads and Analytics

Bingo Done List may show placeholder ad slots for free users. Real third-party ad scripts are not wired in this MVP.

If you allow optional analytics, Bingo Done List may load Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage such as page views and referrers. If analytics is not configured or you have not granted Analytics consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

If you later withdraw Analytics consent in Cookie Settings after Google Analytics has already loaded, the site disables further analytics collection (for example by setting Google’s disable flag and updating consent to denied). Withdrawal does not guarantee removal of a script that was already loaded in your browser session.

No Medical Data

Bingo Done List is not designed to collect health diagnoses, symptoms, treatment plans, or other medical records. Please do not enter medical information into task cells.

Your Choices

• Clear site data or localStorage through your browser settings to remove local boards and preferences.
• Sign out on a device to stop future syncing there. This does not automatically delete previously stored Cloud Sync data.
• Manage or cancel a Pro subscription through Manage Subscription in the app (Creem Customer Portal).
• Adjust optional cookie categories when Cookie Settings is available.
• Stop using the site at any time.
• Contact support@bingodonelist.com to request information about or deletion of account-linked Cloud Sync data, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
