Refund Policy
This page explains how billing and refunds work for Bingo Done List Pro. It is product policy information, not legal advice.
Subscriptions through Creem
Bingo Done List Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription processed through Creem as the Merchant of Record. Billing, invoices, and payment details are handled on Creem’s secure checkout and customer portal.
General policy
Once a monthly subscription payment has been processed, it is generally non-refundable. The Free version lets you experience the core product workflow before purchasing Pro.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed for every request.
When a refund may be approved
We may approve a refund in situations such as:
- Duplicate charge
- Unauthorized payment
- Failure to provide Pro access after payment confirmation
- Technical or billing error
- Refund required by applicable law
How to request a refund
Email support@bingodonelist.com with:
- The email address used to sign in
- Creem order or payment details, if available
- A brief description of the issue
All approved refunds must be processed through Creem. Bingo Done List does not refund Creem transactions outside Creem’s payment system.
Canceling vs. refunding
Canceling a subscription through Manage Subscription in the app (Creem Customer Portal) stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Subscription access status follows Creem’s subscription status and billing period. We do not guarantee that canceling will immediately remove Pro access or that access will remain until the end of a billing period.
Creem-initiated refunds
Creem may issue refunds on its own where required by applicable law, or in cases such as fraud, duplicate charges, payment disputes, or technical errors.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
